If it were in the US, it wouldn’t have ended with a SIM card replacement….. That’s right!! If it were overseas, all users would have filed a class action lawsuit, the company would have gone bankrupt, and the company would have disappeared in one day. If it were in the US, the company would have disappeared overnight..
Looking at overseas lawsuit cases, McDonald’s hamburgers were sued for failing to manage obesity risk because they contained more calories than advertised, and Starbucks was sued for $5 million for deceiving consumers by putting too much ice in their iced coffees. In overseas countries, even small mistakes can result in lawsuits. However, in our reality, we can’t change it because of a shortage of SIM cards, and we can’t even get a pass. Should we just accept this case as it is?
