The shaky job market in South Korea

Do you know that the job market is serious these days?? It’s a vicious cycle. There are many people who can’t find a job because they don’t have experience, and can’t build a career because they can’t work.

The hard part about large companies is that they hire a lot of new employees with experience. That’s why people who aim for large companies go to mid-sized companies first,

build up experience, and then move to large companies. But is it easy to get into a mid-sized company??

That’s not true either, because unless you’re a sucker, mid-sized companies already know that people move to their own company as a stepping stone, so mid-sized companies hire new employees with experience.

So, rather, it has become a situation where even new recruits aiming for mid-sized companies are suffering, and in the end, the reality is that they

have to either go to a small or medium-sized company with a lot of new recruits or go through a mid-sized large company with a lot of new recruits. However,

when they actually go to a small or medium-sized company, they often end up having a bitter experience. (A huge workload and discrimination)

This is why young people who have lost their place either give up on finding a job or just work part-time, and sometimes end up going into debt to survive without any income. ㅜ

The funny thing is that when you actually go for a part-time job, they want a part-time job that is like a career position. Ugh~~

This vicious cycle seems like it will continue for a while, but it seems like a fundamental solution is urgently needed.
