요즘 또 눈도오고 추웟져서 보일러를 다시 빵빵하게 돌리고있는데

보일러조절하면서 이 외출모드에 대해 궁금한점이 늘 있스셧을텐데

오늘 간단명료하게 설명드려볼께요 ~

이 외출모드는 제조사마다 약간씩 다르지만 대부분은 10도에서 8도까지 아주 낮게 떨어져야 다시 가동됩니다. 그래서 사실상 동파 방지 기능이라고 봐도 무방할 정도죠 근데 이럴 거면 외출 모드가 아니라 출장 모드라고 바꾸는 게 더 맞지 않나 싶네요

근데 진짜 문제는 외출모드 가동후에 실내 온도를 1도 올리는데 가스비가 7%나 더 든다는 겁니다.

그래서 외출 모드에 두었다가 낮아진 실내 온도를 올리는데 더 많은 가스를 쓰게 돼서 난방비가 더 나온다는 겁니다.

보일러수리공아저씨에 설명이였죠

그래서 며칠씩 집을 비울 게 아니라면 실내 온도를 평상시보다

3에서 5도 정도 낮게 설정한 상태로 외출하는 게 훨씬 낫습니다. 굿팁!

평수 1초 계산법 How to calculate square footage per second

이사하거나 집볼때 한번씩은 불편하셧을 평수계산!!

평소에 자주 쓰는 이 평수라는 단위. 문제는 우리가 이 평에 너무 익숙해져서  ㎡ 라고 써있으면 도대체 얼마나 되는지

한 번에 감이 안 온다는 문제가 있습니다

이제부터는 이렇게 해보세요

그냥 뒷자리를 빼고 3을 곱하는 겁니다.

예를 들어

40㎡로 돼 있다면 뒷자리인 0을 빼고 남아있는 4에 3을 곱하는 거

죠.그럼 12 평이 되는겁니다

ex) 40㎡  4X3 = 12

근데 딱 하나 추가로 아셔야 할 게 있는데

지금처럼 뒷자리가 5보다 크다면 빼는 게 아니라 반올림을 해줘야합니다.

ex) 59㎡ 라면 6 X 3 = 18 평

그럼 5가 아니라 6이 되고  여기에 아까처럼 3을 곱해주면 됩니다.

그럼 6X3  18 평이죠 계산기로 정확히 해보면 17.84평 인데

이 정도면 1초 만에 암산한 것 치고는 아주 훌륭하니 활용해보세요

ex) 56㎡, 57㎡, 58㎡, 59㎡ Like now, if the last digit is greater than 5, you should round it up instead of subtracting it.

Instead of throwing away the numbers 6, 7, 8, and 9, you raise the first digit.

요즘 날씨가 많이풀렷죠 설에 마니쓴 마이 붕붕이 간만에 자동 세차를

돌렷는데요 세차를 할때마다 궁금한게 그냥 집 앞에서 세차하면 될 거 같은데, 누구는 불법이라 하고 또 누구는 아니라고 하고 진짜 헷갈립니다
