오늘은 얼마전 뉴스에나와서 알게된건데요
근데 이건 저도 알아보기 전까지 완전 몰랐습니다.

우리 지금까지는 병원 갈 일 있으면 그냥 몸만 가서 주민번호만 불러주면 됬잖아요. 근데 이제 5월부터는
병원 갈 때 반 반드시 신분증을 챙겨가야 합니다
주민번호만 적으면 신분증 없이도 진료받을 수 있었지만 이젠 안 된다는 거죠. 근데 결론부터 말하면 다맞는말은 아닙니다.
국민건강보험법을 보면 5월 20일부터 반드시 신분증으로 본인이 확인을 해야 한다는 건 맞습니다.
근데 핵심은 예외가 있는데 19세 미만이거나 응급환자 그리고 가장 중요한건데 , 본인 여부를 확인한 요양기관의 확인일로부터 6개월 이내에 재진 환자는 제외 대상입니다
한마디로 재진이라면 매번 갈 때마다 챙겨갈 필요가 없다는겁니다
요즘 가뜩이나 핸드폰만 들고다니시는분들이많은데 꼭 제대로 알고 있어야겠죠??

이것도 인터넷에 엄청 퍼져있는 건데 병원뿐만 아니라 약국 갈 때도 신분증이 필수로 하는 겁니다.
근데 이것도 가짜 뉴스입니다.
약국은 처방전을 이미 병원에서 확인하고 받은 상태라서 이중 확인이 되기 때문에 예외입니다
지금까지와 똑같이 그냥 몸만 가도 됩니다.

이 앱을 설치해야만 병원에서도 본인이 확인이 된다는 말도안되는얘기가
떠도는데요 근데 이것도 필요 없습니다. 굳이 안 깔아도 됩니다
작년에 개정돼 제 12조 건강보험증 항목을 보면 모바일주민등록증을 포함한다라고 정확히 써 있습니다.
그리고 최근에 주민등록법 25조가 개정돼서 모바일주민등록증 역시 실무를 확인하는 것과 동일한 효력이 있으니

그냥 지금처럼 카카오지갑신분증 , pass앱신분증이나 , 정부 24 어플, 삼성페이에 있는 운전면허증 ,이런 거 싹 다 병원에서도 공식 신분증으로 쓸 수 있습니다
이것까지 알고 있으면 나중에 진짜 편하겠죠.
