Today, I’m going to tell you how I solved something that’s been bothering me a lot these days.
This is exactly the spam text. I feel like I’ve been getting a lot more of these lately. Is it just me? But it wasn’t just my imagination. Actually, according to the results of an investigation,
dozens of reselling companies that send out bulk texts for money were hacked recently, and this was the real reason. From now on, I’ll tell you how to block them without having to install an app or anything.
First, here’s the first legal spam text. What I mean is, these are texts that are sent while still following the regulations.
The text says “advertisement” at the beginning, and then includes a number to unsubscribe at the end. So you can block them all at once.
If you click on the three dots at the top of the text message and go to settings, you will see the middle section where you can manage spam and blocked numbers. Click on it and click on the blocking phrase management.
Just add ‘refusal to receive’, ‘refusal to free’, and ‘(advertisement)’ here. Then, 99% of the time, you can block them. The thing to be careful of here is that you should not add web sending or HTTP.
If you do this, even really important messages can be blocked. Next is the second really illegal spam text message.
In fact, this is the real problem. Text messages that are indiscriminately distributed without any advertising text message regulations.
However, there is a way to do this. If you look closely at the text messages that have been coming recently, there is something in common. It is that they always induce you to click on a link at the end of the text message.
t.me is a shortened domain like Telegram, bit.ly, and vo.la. More than 90% of the indiscriminate spam that comes these days will be there.
Just add these 3 to the spam blocking text a little while ago and you’re done. If you do this, you’ll be able to almost completely block all the illegal spam coming in now. No matter how much you change the text and send it, it all ends up inducing access through a link, so you can
