When the water starts to bubble and steam, add the egg. If you put the egg in water that is too hot, the shell will come off easily, but the egg will burst.
However, if you put the egg in when the water is heated to a suitable degree, you can see that the egg is cooked well without bursting.
Cook for 5 minutes and 30 seconds for half-boiled and 10 minutes for fully-boiled. If the time has passed, discard the hot water. If you want to eat it quickly, cool it in cold water, and if it doesn’t matter, just leave it.
